Enough Snow?

I've been preoccupied with getting Ruff Life at Sea going, but last week I returned to in Incline Village for some pet- and house-sitting.  I expected to arrive in February, but once it started snowing in November it never stopped. As Nancy kept me updated on how many feet fell last night, I felt it was more than I wanted to handle.  Can you blame me?

This time I decided to use the major Interstates in case side roads were bad, but all was clear.  When I reached the Donner Pass rest area I was glad I didn't try to come earlier.  Once at the house I was told the snow was a couple of feet higher than two weeks ago, and the photo of the house (above) was taken 5 days after I arrived, with sunshine every day.  Brrr...
