2021 Resolutions

My bank balance sure looked good this morning, so thanks Uncle Sam! A nice New Year's gift. I can get new tires; that's a relief.

I've been trying to decide what I should choose as a resolution, something I rarely do because I hate disappointing myself.  But considering (we) survived 2020, SOMETHING should mark the occasion, so I'll put on my thinking cap.

I'd like to paint Christmas shit all year so I'm ready come next December.  I've been trying that for years, but I did buy a box of ornament-size gourds around Thanksgiving.

I want to come up with a different hairstyle; one which makes me look older.  Wha??  Well, my hair doesn't have much grey for my age, which some might find appealing.  But when I wear it down, in all its flowing glory (since I haven't had a haircut in almost a year), younger men pass by then turn to look; and the visible disappointment on their faces is something I no longer wish to cause.  Yeah, more wrinkles than I'd like, too.

I'll try to be kinder, mentally, when I look at young people absorbed with their phones.  What a waste of living.  Instead of DOING their Bucket Lists they're sharing their un-done ideas, damn, broke that one already.

I know, I'll make a conscious effort to discover and go somewhere BC and I can take nice long, flat walks a few couple times a week.  It'll be good for us both.  Good luck to me, and to you with yours, and
