Donald Trump killed those 176 people with his reckless actions, just as surely as if he’d shot missiles at the plane himself; tell me you’re not thinking the same thing. If there had been Americans on board we’d be at war for sure and all other issues would be out the window; but Canadians, with Iranian ties? He could care less.
Trump’s still mad at Trudeau’s slight during that global meeting last year; after which Trump stormed off early because he was mad. This is who we have at the helm.
Typical. Have your heard a peep or a tweet out of him regarding the devastating earthquakes in Puerto Rico? Maybe he will today, after this morning's 6.0. Sure, he signed off on FEMA funds but that’s just lip service; the island’s still waiting for $18 billion promised since Hurricane Maria, held back like he tried to do with the Ukraine.
But expressing sympathy? Nada. He’s only interested in currying favor with his base or those who might vote for him, and that excludes Canadians and Puerto Ricans (in his mind).
